Scoring big in Cannes

Composer, director and Wild Media collaborator Andrew Lancaster has triumphed at Cannes Lion with ‘Inshallah A Boy’ (dir. Amjad Al Rasheed) – the first Jordanian film to play at the Festival.
Delivering a real-life inspired commentary on the repercussions of Jordan’s patriarchal laws, ‘Inshallah A Boy’ traces the turbulent familial in-fighting that ensues when matriarch Nawal is widowed.
Andrew and his score partner Jerry Lane will be available to meet at Cannes Lion, 19th – 23rd June, 2023.
